Hi,The parts did arrive but were to complex to fit,so their engineer John advised me to send the whole sweeper and parts to him,which I did last week and he will assemble and return to me,I hope ?This should be the end of my complaint and I,m glad that the CEOs intervention produced results.

Hi Readers of trustpilot,Isabel from this company has replied and apologies for their customer services and says my complaint has been noted( whatever that means)But they will not admit that they must have known that the sweeper tube&arm would not fit in my,or any of their sweepers!!!!.The parts were of different size gauge and therefore the person who order this product and then took my money,must have been aware that technically he was sending me the wrong tube and accessory.Then two of their staff who I subsequently complaint to were not prepared to admit their error,but just tried to fob me off with comments like “ we will consult our technician dept and get back”They have not today,but still hold my money and they have not sent me the return label for me to return their product that they should never have sent me in the first place.They have had my money since the beginning of this month and for some reason are not refunding me,or admitting that they send me the wrong arm for my sweeper.So I,ve had enough and unless I receive an immediate refund and an acknowledgement that they sent me an incompatible product with different styles,I will report them to their local trading standard office,for withholding my money.I will further write formality to their CEO Nick Grey and inform him of the shabby way I,ve been treated.We all make mistakes in life and business,but to ignore admitting fault or error and withholding money illegally is contemptuous and I,m sure their CEO will be horrified to read this so unnecessary complaint.If I receive a call tomorrow 01271864017 or email johnwaran@i loud.com confirming that my money has been refunded,then I will not take this matter any further,but I am I hope an honest Christian and will not be treated and cheated in this shady manner from employees who should know better.

Gtech K9 Hoover Bundle

Ordered Gtech K9 bundle it was despatched very quickly and with a discount code was very reasonably priced. Having used it, great product, lightweight easy to manoeuvre and clean. Would highly recommend. Tony

Love the Product

We bought a sweeper from Gtech. I was really pleased with it when I used it at first when it was charged, it does the work of a broom with the ease of a cordless vacuum. It is light and surprisingly good on carpets, like the old-fashioned carpet sweeper but better.Unfortunately for us the charger didn’t work, also the second one they sent didn’t work. It was obvious to us that something in the assembly of the sweeper was not aligned as it was difficult to plug the charger in. They are now sending a new sweeper. The only reason not to give 5 stars is because I told the first customer service person that the machine looked faulty, but she insisted on sending a new charger. The second CS person wanted to send a new battery and took some convincing to send a new product. All I wanted was a working sweeper!When I eventually get my new sweeper I am sure I will love it, for now I am back to using a brush ?

Very Disappointing.....

After seeing all the great adverts and hearing good things about the GTech vacuum cleaners, I have to say just how disappointed I was finally seeing and using the AirRam and handheld K9 products. Not only does the plastic construction feel cheap and seem fragile, the noise they make even sound cheap!Why are so many products, including Dysons made with such poor quality and obviously will not last, meaning we become more of a throw away society. Shame on all manufacturers contributing to harming the planet.I’m very disappointed in you GTech and for not impressing me.

Delivery times are excessively long and…

Delivery times are excessively long and parts missing. Phoned up to get missing part and still not arrived after almost a fortnight.

GTECH air ram DO NOT BUY THIS by far…

GTECH air ram DO NOT BUY THIS by far the worst cleaner I have ever bought, problems with wheels falling off batteries not charging, on off switches failing. just about made it to 2 years old and its a wright off, don't waste your money, I think the TV adds are shameful and misleading. Also any dampness on the floor and it doesn't empty with a slide. Buy a dustpan and brush its more affective and less hassle.

Ordered a g-tech pro 2and was very impressed with how quickly the item was received as well as the product itself.The only thing that I was disappointed with was that the product did not come with a wall mount.This item has to be ordered as an additional extra with an additional cost.Therefore although there was a special offer on the item, the cost of the additional extra will make it up to almost the original cost, so believe I have not saved that much.
